Join Jillian and guest, Gio Dolcecore MSW RSW, to discuss compassion fatigue, secondary trauma, and vicarious trauma.

Participants will walk away with an understanding of trauma in the workplace and some practical tools to cope on a day-to-day basis. Both Jillian and Gio come with year's of experience in frontline youth/young-adult work and aim to create a safe space where you can ask all your questions and gain some insight into practical ways to address this sensitive topic.
